How to use projects

List of projects

The projects page displays all projects within your organization. The projects visible to you depend on your role.

Project information

Each project card displays the following information:

• Project name — the name of the project
• Owner — the person who created the project
• Last modified — date of the most recent changes
• Visualizations — total number of visualizations in the project
• Member list — a preview of project members, shown in the bottom-left corner
• Project settings settings — shown in the bottom-right corner

Create a new project

To create a new project:

1. Navigate to the organization where you want to create the project.
2. Click the Create project button add_circle.
3. Enter the project name.

4. Enter the project description.

   Note: This field is optional.

5. Click Create.

Search for a project

To search for a project, enter the project name in the search bar. The list will automatically filter to show all projects matching your input.

Filter projects

To filter projects, use the filter options above the project list:

• All projects — displays all projects within the organization
• My projects — displays projects where you are an admin
• Shared with me — displays projects where you are a member

Sort projects

To sort projects, use the sort options above the project list:

• Last modified — sorts projects by the date of the most recent changes, with the latest first
• Name A to Z — sorts projects alphabetically in ascending order
• Name Z to A — sorts projects alphabetically in descending order
• Created Newest to Oldest — sorts projects by creation date, with the most recently created first
• Created Oldest to Newest — sorts projects by creation date, with the oldest first
